As a therapist Annette offers a combination of Hypnotherapy, Cognitive therapy, Psychotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, and Counselling. Therapy is brief, dynamic and solution focused, using the principles of positive psychology. 

Specialist interests include: performance enhancement and achievement; stress management, confidence, self-esteem, Anxiety, Insomnia, Motivation.
Annette has a busy private practice in Chinley, on the outskirts of Buxton.

Annette also specialises in offering bite size seminars, workshops, and ‘in –house’ or at her Chinley practice,  individual one to one sessions to corporate clients to enhance the well-being and performance of all employees.
